Marlborough Tropical Sauvignon Blanc

The Taste Collection is a celebration of the generous and distinct flavours that have made Selaks wines so extraordinary and sought after for more than 85 years.

VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING
2023 saw a larger than normal crop harvest and great quality grapes throughout Marlborough. The weather conditions allowed the vines to ripen with no pressure of disease, maintaining intense and delicious flavours.

On arrival from the Vineyards, the fruit was crushed, and pressed. Fermentation was slow and cool, with two particular selected yeast varieties, to express the tropical character.

Aroma & Taste Selaks Tropical Sauvignon Blanc dances with the aromas of a tropical garden. The palate is brimming with passionfruit, layers of juicy citrus and melon undernotes, with good acidity and palate weight.
