Our winemaker Dave was involved in the early days of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, and is passionate about this varietal. He has crafted a complex wine showcasing the intense nettle, tomato leaf and herbal notes characteristic of the Awatere Valley at its best.  A wine of rich palate weight, it has vibrant, refreshing acidity, and a long finish.
