From our Head Winemaker
Brett and his team are passionate about the Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown around our winery at the Corner 50 vineyard in Hawke’s Bay.
The result is a classic, full bodied Bordeaux style wine,showing a perfect balance of fruit and oak, with a fine tannin structure. Intense, ripe black fruit flavours are laced with dried herb complexities, extending into a warm, flavoursome finish.

- Deep red with purple hues.
- Nose:
- An intense, fruit forward nose of ripe plums and dark fruits, complemented by sweet, spicy oak notes.
- Palate:
- Rich and mouth filling, this wine has a superb balance of fruit sweetness, gentle acidity, and tannins. Spice and dried herb complexities enhance a long finish with soft tannins.
