2011 Vintage Sauvignon Blancs Are Here!

The new vintage Selaks Sauvignon Blancs have been released, and they are all fantastic wines!
Selaks Heritage Reserve and Winemaker’s Favourite are sourced from Marlborough, where benign conditions for bud burst and flowering were followed by a long spell of warm, dry weather in January and February. More sunny, settled weather followed in March with temperatures a little cooler than normal, promoting very gradual ripening which allowed flavours to develop early with an ideal balance of sugars and acidity. All in all, dream conditions for our winemakers!
